Sadaf joined the Lurie Children’s team in 2024 as the Training & Dissemination Specialist. She began her career as a Molecular and Cellular Biologist, honing her use of research and data-driven approaches to advance the field of science for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her knack for delineating potent information led her to pursue a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Drawing on her 16 years of experience, Sadaf has disseminated hundreds of models and training resources to nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies alike. Today, Sadaf designs and deploys learning solutions to effectively implement innovative health technologies for the TechQuity Health Lab. Sadaf has been awarded the AACC’s Notable Person’s Award, CMSDL Golden Gavel Award, and currently maintains herself as a National Science Foundation NOYCE Scholar.
